About Me

I studied sociology and worked in research and community services sectors until I tried tech. This is my passion now as I am amazed at how technology changes our life, and I am keen to be a part of these changes. I enjoy problem-solving and building user-friendly tools that make our life easier. I am a full-stack developer with experience working with React, Bootstrap, Java, Spring, and AWS. I am excited to be a part of multidisciplinary teams, and I have experience working with Agile methodology. Outside of work, I love travelling, reading and cooking.

This project required to recreate a simplified version of the game Minesweeper to be played in the java console.

The goal of this project is to have me explore and consolidate my understandings of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. This project required me to replicate the layout and format of a Window OS using CSS, add content via HTML and control the interactive elements via JavaScript.

This project required me to use both DOM manipulation and Asynchronous programming. The aim is for the user to be able to search for a book inside the Google Books database and to be able to get more details about a certain title.
